- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY! SECOND-RATE WOULD BE A FEW STEPS UP FOR THEM. Just the facts about what we experienced during a WEDDING this weekend; 1. Showed up late. Blamed transportation issues 15 minutes after they were supposed to arrive. Finally arrived 1.5 hours later. 2. Staff took a smoke break (even though they were there for less than 2 hours). Did not wash their hands before handling food products. Cooks did not wear hats or hair nets while cooking. Staff drank alcohol while working. YES, I HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURE EVIDENCE. 3. None of the food is actually made by Triple G. It is from M&M meat shops, prepared at their facility and brought to the venue luke warm. They had no shame in pouring their dips straight from the container they BOUGHT from the grocery store, into small containers as were the crackers which were left in their original plastic sleeves. Meat appetizers were not kept in a chafing tray and were below safe temperatures for eating or storing. They were kept in metal foil pans. Did I mention this was for a wedding? AGAIN, I HAVE VIDEO AND PICTURE EVIDENCE. 4. The food is as substandard as their food safety practices. Mediocre would be an aspiration for this company. 5. The "crowing jewel" is the owner, Corrine. I, as well as many others at the wedding, could not have met another person who is in desperate need of a mental health evaluation. I have never met someone who is as mean spirited and just plain nasty as she was. EXTREMELY RUDE to guests. Narcissistic and absolutely the worst personality I have met in any service industry. From what I was told, she was a complete nightmare to deal with. Did I mention this is someone who was welcomed by a very loving family and very kind people who paid for the above service? I cannot tell anyone what to do with their money. But you were warned if you want to use this company for its "service".By Ashvin Gehani, April 16, 2017
