  Very rude. Got lost so my pizza was not only cold. Then refused to come to my door because of my dogs that were not even around him. Then I place an order today about a month later and they take our order, then call back in 15 minutes telling us they have been calling trying to get a hold of us with our phone having no record of it. Then my wife says that they have delivered before and they say they had made a mistake. I feel like they refuse to deliver because of my dogs barking. Really? If you can not deliver don't you think it would tell you when you punch in my address? There is plenty of other pizza places locally that are much more polite. If you do not want local hit up Pizza Pizza because they are just as good if not better then Domino's. I am calling Quick pizza as I type this. $27 for a large at Domino's and 22 for an XL from Quick

  We moved into a house in Willow Beach last August, we ordered Dominos to our home the first night and it came with no problems. We then called to order again and were told they do not deliver to this area. When I went in to pick up a pizza I inquired about it again and was reassured by a staff member that they do deliver to Willow Beach, at an extra charge (understandable given the distance). Two weeks later I called for delivery and was told AGAIN that they do not deliver to this area. Low and behold, 5 minutes ago I saw Domino's delivering to my neighbors! That being said, we will continue to use Smitty's pizza in Sutton. Very disappointed in this customer service experience and inconsistency!

  First few times the service was good. This last time however, after being on hold for 15 minutes, I think I'll take my business elswhere
